Religion and Fashion: Chrisitanity Hits The Catwalk
There are many different viewpoints when it comes to Christianity and fashion.  Some people see it as a disgrace, Jesus should not be a symbol on a t-shirt, He should be something real. Commercializing Christianity in the mainstream is sometimes viewed as removing the purity of the message.  It is considered cool and hip, not sacred or blessed.

There are also people who are in support of Christian influenced fashion apparel for a number of different reasons.  Some feel that the clothing will promote curiosity about Christianity, so it is therefore a good thing.  Some people feel the need to show their faith by wearing the clothing, bracelets, or accessories.  Others feel that it is hip and trendy and will wear it regardless of their religious beliefs.

There are many different opinions on Christianity as a fashion statement, here are what some people have said.....

"Pop culture is facinated with Jesus Christ, everything is oriented with Christ except the lifestyle.  They have the clothing, wrist bands, films, He is on Time magazine, in paintings, figurines, and all other forms you could think, but the carnality of the world is becoming worse and worse."

Da T.R.U.T.H. believes that people want the religious feel without the rule and regulations that come from being a true follower.
